Gold Star Management was established on 10 February 2022 in Mahabaleshwar — one of India's most beloved hill stations, home to some of the finest hotels and resorts in the country.
Our founders recognized a critical gap: hotels were struggling to find reliable, trained hospitality professionals — while skilled workers were struggling to find quality placements that matched their talent.
Gold Star Management was born to bridge that gap. Today, we proudly supply trained professionals to hotels, resorts and restaurants across Maharashtra, with a reputation built entirely on trust, quality and speed.
